Improving your relationship with your body

I offer body-based therapies and experiences that support rest, reconnection, and nervous system regulation.

My work is grounded in attentive touch, presence, and deep listening — meeting the body not as something to fix, but as a living system with its own intelligence and rhythm. Whether through therapeutic massage, craniosacral stillness, Kahuna flow, or creative immersion, each offering is shaped by what your body is ready to receive.

This is a space to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.

PHILOSOPHY

At the heart of my work is a simple understanding:
healing and meaningful change arise through safety, relationship, and presence.

Oneheart is inspired by oneheart.studio in Taiwan. In Mandarin, 「繹心」 speaks to the process of finding a way to express what lives in the heart. This meaning resonates deeply with me. I chose bodywork as my language — a way to connect with others, with the world, and to share care through touch, listening, and embodied presence.

I work slowly and responsively, attuning to the body’s signals rather than imposing techniques or outcomes. By supporting the nervous system to settle, the body is invited to soften, reorganise, and release what it no longer needs to hold. Each session becomes a shared process — guided by your system’s readiness, timing, and capacity.

Touch and creativity are offered as invitations, not instructions. Whether through hands-on bodywork or expressive practices, the work unfolds as a collaboration — one that respects autonomy, boundaries, and the wisdom already within you.

This is care that honours the whole person:
physical, emotional, and relational.
A space where you are met as you are, and supported to reconnect with yourself — gently, honestly, and with heart.

  • I had trouble with my shoulder & neck from an injury over 12 months before I started to see Jen.  Upon consulting with Jen I was ready to try anything & I went along with what ever therapy she thought was best.

I was amazed at how each time I left each session I had more movement & less pain.  I believed I could put all my trust in Jen. Jen made me feel comfortable enough to let her take control & it was the best decision.

I would totally recommend her therapy sessions to anyone.

  • "My experience with Jen getting craniosacral massage has been an important journey of self care and restoration. Jen provides a safe and nurturing space and is intuitive and skilled with the work she does. Since attending I have had relief from constant headaches, chronic pain and fatigue and poor digestion, along with release of emotional tension which has allowed me space to bring new energy in to rediscover myself and bring mindfulness into my life.."

  • I wanted to express my overall positive experience with the session.

The pre-guided guidance, music selection, environment, and treatment were all excellent.

I particularly appreciated the thorough consultation, which allowed me to review my recent status and enter a meditative state during the treatment for self-healing. This aspect resonated with me the most.

  • I immediately sensed warmth and support transmitted from Jen's palm and fingers.

This allowed me to relax and melt into this sense of security.

After the session I felt as if I were in a fresh early morning _half sleepy, half awake, light and refreshed.
